TAMAM opened in Bashabo in 2023 — a counter, a handful of stools, and a kitchen that doesn't slow down after dark.

There's no long menu to get lost in and no table-service theatrics. Just the fundamentals, done properly: good bread, hot oil, and enough mayo to go around.
